Michael J. Mahon wowed the KansasFest crowd at KFEST 2007 with his impressive AppleCrate and NadaNet demonstration.

This year, he’s outdoing himself by demonstrating a redesigned and vastly larger AppleCrate with 17 Apple IIe mainboards installed! One Apple IIe is the master controller processor, while the 16 others are slave processors all tied together with special NadaNet adapters. According to Michael, he’s planning to demonstrate 16-voice music over NadaNet, and possibly an instant messaging network. It’s quite possible he may even have a few other surprises for us as well.

This is just one example of the fun stuff we do at KansasFest. You’ll be able to read all about this demonstration and all the other conference activities and product announcements here at A2Central… or you could join us at KansasFest and experience it all for yourself. Believe me, you won’t regret it! Apple II Forever!
