Steve Wozniak, cofounder of Apple Computer and the original designer and inventor of the Apple II, was inducted today into the National Inventors Hall of Fame for this achievement, along with several other people; a ceremony to honor the new inductees will be held in September. The National Inventors Hall of Fame was created in 1973 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the National Council of Intellectual Property Attorneys.
