PAUG to meet on October 10th
The Princeton Apple Users Group will meet on Friday, October 10th, at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held in Dave Ciotti’s basement, as usual.
AAAC to meet on September 11
The Illinois Aurora Area Apple Core will hold its September meeting on September 11th. This month’s meeting will feature a “stealth program” by member Rory McMahon, and will begin at 7:00 PM in the basement community room at 900 North Lake St. in Aurora.
A.P.P.L.E. to meet on August 28th
The August meeting of the Apple Pugetsound Program Library Exchange will be held at 6:00 PM Pacific Time on August 28th. As usual, the meeting will be held online. One copy of the Golden Orchard CD-ROM will be given away at the meeting.
PAUG to meet on June 13th
Princeton Apple Users Group will meet at 7:30 PM on Friday, June 13, in Dave Ciotti’s basement. This month’s meeting will mostly focus on installing Mac OS X updates onto a new hard drive, but Apple II users are welcome to do their thing.
A.P.P.L.E. releases June issue of Call-A.P.P.L.E.
The June issue of Call-A.P.P.L.E. has been released on the web and is now available for download by subscribers. This issue highlights the classic adventure and RPG games on Apple computers and has information on several upcoming downloads that will be available on the A.P.P.L.E. web site soon.
Todd Nathan becomes A.P.P.L.E. Crate BBS Sysop
At the most recent meeting of the A.P.P.L.E. user group, Todd Nathan was assigned the job of sysop of the A.P.P.L.E. Crate BBS. He will be known as SDO on the service. Visit the group’s web site for more information on their BBS.
A.P.P.L.E. online chat on June 5 to include DVD giveaway
The A.P.P.L.E. user group will host an online chat at 6 PM Pacific Daylight Time on Thursday, June 5. One lucky attendee will receive a free copy of the Woz Speaks DVD.
