Aurora Area Apple Core to meet September 14

Sweet16 IIGS emulator for BeOS updated to version 1.5.1

Sweet16, an Apple IIGS emulator for BeOS systems, has been updated to version 1.5.1. This update includes several bug fixes (including a fix for a crash in the Mount Physical Disks window) and adds the ability to reset the IIGS using the keyboard. Apple 1 auction at Vintage Computer Fair

An Apple 1 computer will be auctioned off at the Vintage Computer Festival in San Jose, California on September 30, between noon and 5 PM Pacific Time. This complete Apple 1 system (including motherboard, cassette interface, manual, BASIC manual, 12″ monitor, Cherry keyboard, 2 Triad brand transformers, and SPDT power switch, fuse holder, and AC power cord) was a display model at a midwestern computer store in the midwest and was never sold. Silvern Castle 5.1 update announced

A new version, 5.1, of the 8-bit role-playing game Silvern Castle has been announced. The update fixes a bug when using the wrong key on a locked door when you’re carrying more than eight keys, as well as a couple of other minor fixes. The new version also speeds up scrolling through the store’s item list using Apple-number combinations to scroll to the corresponding relative position in the list. The update isn’t available for download yet..
