The latest issue of “The Lamp!” for February 2001 has been released. This new issue is the first to include message content from A2Central.com’s bulletin board, so folks that aren’t a member of A2Central.com yet can get a glimpse into the discussions we’ve been having. Service outage scheduled for upgrade

Our services will be unavailable tomorrow starting at about noon PST while we switch to our brand new server. The outage should last between one and two hours. .

And on cometh a new server to bring light to the world…

Our new, vastly more powerful server will be arriving next Tuesday, and we intend to install it on Wednesday afternoon. Our services will be down for the duration of the installation process on that day; hopefully for no more than two or three hours. Once finished, our system should run up to 10-20 times faster than it does now..
