AppleCIDER auctions Woz autographed items

AppleCIDER, a User Group from Rochester, NY has listed items on eBay which were signed by Woz. Links can be found at the bottom of CIDERs webpage. Items include a signed printout of the ‘Sweet 16’ assembly code and Apple II Floating Point Routines. There is also a mousepad or two.

GSE-Reactive cloning Mockingboard for //c

Bill Garber of GSE-Reactive has informed comp.sys.apple2 readers that he’s actively working on cloning and improving upon the Mockingboard D model for the Apple //c (and //c Plus with adapter).

Mike Harvey, editor of Nibble magazine, to be chat guest in Syndicomm A2

The Apple II forum on Syndicomm Online will be hosting Mike Harvey, the founder and editor of Nibble magazine, in its chat room on Monday, October 24, at 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. A $35/year Syndicomm Online membership is required to attend.Nibble was published for 14 years, providing Apple II news and reviews, as well as great articles on programming. One of the key features of Nibble was complete, professional-quality programs you could type into your Apple II and use. Mike Harvey wrote the first four issues himself, including the programs, and should be a great chat guest!

New Apple II emulator for PlayStation Portable

PSPUpdates reports the release of Apple II Portable v0.1 for the PSP. It is based on the YAE (Yet Another Apple Emulator) v0.6 sourcecode. Features include: disk swapping, 40/80 column text modes, two DiskII drives, ProDOS /DOS 3.3 compatibility, Apple II, II+ and IIe emulation and more.
