Bill Martens of A.P.P.L.E. announced via usenet newsgroup comp.sys.apple2 that Digisoft Innovations has released Twilight II and the Golden Orchard CD collection (in ISO form) free to the Apple II community.
Twilight II is easily one of the most popular screensavers ever released for the Apple IIGS, and is full of entertaining eye-candy. At the time of this post, some links weren’t working but Bill will have them fixed soon.
Golden Orchard is a collection of Apple II software compiled by Jim Maricondo from the Apple II file libraries of the old GEnie online service and other sources. Jim and Bill have also collaborated on a new project they’ve named “Golden Grail” which is an updated Golden Orchard to be released on DVD with emulator-friendliness in mind, and better organization.
