AppleLogic, creators of the FPGA-based Carte Blanche card have introduced a similar card for the Apple //c. The Carte Blanche “Atto” is experimental at this time, but already has a slew of anticipated features for the host machine:
- Replacement of the physical CPU with an accelerated synthetic CPU
- Hard disk emulation via MicroSD
- 12 bit VGA (4096 colors possible)
- Mockingboard compatible audio
- Wireless Ethernet (driver and IP support required)
- Additional RAM for the host computer
- The CB Atto will mount in, and be powered by the 65c02 processor socket
