The latest version of CiderPress fixes a couple of bugs when working with ShrinkIt archives. CiderPress is an all-purpose tool for working with Apple II disk images and archives. It runs on Windows and costs $9.95.Changes in this version include:
- Fixed a bug that prevented ShrinkIt archives on read-only volumes, such as a write-protected floppy disk, from being opened.
- Fixed a bug that prevented files from being extracted to the root directory of a volume, e.g. “C:”.
- Fixed a bug that prevented ShrinkIt archives with odd extensions (e.g. “archive.txt”) from being opened.
