KansasFest 2024, hosted this July 16–21 at University of Illinois Springfield, is now open for registration.
Attendees are invited to stay on-site on the campus where the event is being held. The suites in Lincoln Residence Hall (LRH) are arranged into two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, all sharing one bathroom.
Prices are determined by whether you want to share a bedroom and which day you want to arrive, either July 15 or July 16.

Registration for the physical event includes registration for the online event, which is July 27–28; access to the online event can be purchased separately for $20. Registrations are fully refundable for any reason until July 14. The event’s official t-shirt is available from Javier Rivera’s online store, 8 bit tees, starting at $18.50 for small sizes and going up to $26.50 for 5XL.
Session submissions for both events are now open until June 1.
