Eric Shepherd has posted the sample code for his two KansasFest sessions (one on writing Apple IIGS software using MPW IIGS on the Macintosh and one on Palm OS programming for Apple II programmers) on the a2central.com FTP site. They may be downloaded free, and each includes a set of HTML files of his presentations.
