Something cool for the Apple II community is coming. I’ve hinted around about this (and a few other things) in previous posts on A2Central and in podcast interviews I’ve been part of.
All I can say for now, is that when this site finally goes live, it’s going to be very good news for Apple II enthusiasts everywhere. Keep an eye on 16 Sector.
Update: numerous people have asked me for a hint on what 16 Sector is all about. I’m sorry, but I can’t. I will say that everyone who has guessed that a clone of the Applecat is being released is waaaay off. I mean, what would be the point of that? ?
Update: another mysterious graphic has been added to the site. Also, the page title now says “Ready, Set … Get Sirius” which seems to imply something to do with the 8MB Sirius card for the Apple IIGS. Another hint, a whois query can tell you who registered the site. If you know anything about this person, you’ll instantly have some ideas on what might be coming soon from 16 Sector.
